Common questions
How do I book a property?
Find a chalet you like and message the owner from its page. You book with them directly. We are not in the middle of it.
Is there a booking fee?
No. The nightly price on the listing is what the owner charges. We take nothing from either side.
How do I list my property?
Fill in the listing form. We read every submission and usually reply within two working days.
What if I need to cancel?
That is between you and the owner, so ask them before you pay anything. Terms differ from one chalet to the next.
